Your personal data are collected by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS, +33.1.55.24.70.00, having its registered office at Tour Alto, 4 Place des Saisons, 92400 Courbevoie, France, represented by its President Matthieu de Tugny, whose Data Protection Officer may be contacted at donneespersonnelles@bureauveritas.com or on https://personaldataprotection.bureauveritas.com , and are subject to computer processing in order to support operators for Asset Management activities through Verification process, in accordance with the execution of the business contract.

Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS collects and processes the following categories of personal data: identification (last name, first name and signature), professional life (e-mail address, company name). These data come from the employees, clients and prospects identification database (LDAP).

Your personal data are intended for Marine & Offshore department employees, M&O Digital Office employees in Mumbai and ISM employees in Noida. They will be retained for a period of as long your account is active or until we can delete the personal data without breaching our archiving obligations acting as a certification and classification society.

Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union, on the basis of [standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission available upon request, by filing a request on https://personaldataprotection.bureauveritas.com.

Please note that all or part of your data will be hosted by Amazon Web Services. The data will be stored within the European Union but can be accessed for maintenance purposes from elsewhere according to the EU-US Privacy Shield or based on standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.
